GPMS has introduced value-based, HUMS-as-a-Service pricing to further our goal to putting Foresight MX within reach of all aircraft and all operators. The company made the announcement as part of its AS350 STC news release in Rotorcraft Pro Magazine. Under this model, customers pay a one-time startup fee that includes the onboard kit and a recurring HUMS-as-a-Service fee for use of the Foresight application. Fees are based on platform-specific return estimates developed with Conklin & de Decker with the aim of delivering to operators a ~2X ROI (two dollars in benefit for every 1 dollar in fees) after the first year. On the AStar, where we estimate north of $40K in annual benefit to the operator, pricing is set at $15K/yr after a one-time $35K initial fitup / setup.
