GPMS Founder Wins Best Paper Honors at The Society of Machinery Failure Prevention Event

We are thrilled to share that Eric Bechhoefer, Co-Founder, CEO and Chief Engineer of GPMS, received top honors at The Society for Machinery Failure Prevention Technology’s (MFPT) annual awards ceremony.

Eric submitted a paper titled, “The Case of the Missing Bearing Fault Frequency,” and it was voted as winner of the MFPT 2019 Henry and Sallie Pusey Best Paper Award. To be voted winner in this category, the author must demonstrate excellence in technical contribution to the subject field, originality of work, and clarity and accuracy of the subject covered.

MFPT (www.mfpt.org) is a well respected organization that honors select recipients based on an individual’s and/or organization’s contribution to the Society and excellence in the field of condition monitoring and failure prevention. The organization covers advances in sensor technology, signal analysis, diagnostics & prognostics, and systems engineering. Needless to say, it is a pleasure to be recognized by this group and to have Eric’s field condition monitoring expertise acknowledged by the industry.
