A bus-linked network of processor-powered sensors, optimally placed throughout the airframe, acquires vibration data and Foresight’s onboard control unit recognizes helicopter regimes. This information is mixed with flight parameter data off the avionics or ARINC 429.
Once the aircraft lands, sensor and flight data is seamlessly transferred to the cloud through WiFi or cellular connectivity
In the Foresight cloud, our proprietary algorithms turn the captured data into insight, generating prognostics and a powerful, up to date dashboard.
Users can access the Foresight "ground station" from any web browser, be it on a pc, tablet, or phone. They gain three core functions - Rotor track & balance; Flight data monitoring with exceedances; and Engine and Component condition monitoring, with prognostics.
